First of all thank God for Ms Veronica Young. She is very professional and considerate toward her client(s). She goes out of her way to get the best and the most for her client(s). I hope that she gets paid for her skills because she is smooth as well as proficient and consistent with her drive to please her client(s) and her interactions and pleasant personality are genuine. I can't compliment her enough. I was and as always very pleased with how Ms Veronica Young takes care of my business.

I have had an account with this Credit Union for over 7 years. Currently I am traveling internationally and despite letting them know I am traveling they have shut down my card 5 times and left me stranded. They did this to me while I was traveling to Atlanta a few years ago and shut down my card twice last year while I was living in Washington. It is a part time job just to call them and have it reactivated and they are always condescending about it. If you want a debit card that will work reliably then look elsewhere for your banking needs.

This bank is useless! When filing a dispute, they make you jump through fire hoops. They give you a temporary credit, but when your claim is over, they deduct the money from your account with no warning regardless if you won or not. I've asked about business accounts. They respond to me as if I'm not capable of owning a business. They make it seem as if I can't handle it. I've asked for small amounts of credit. They don't offer that. I tried to refinance a new car. It didn't qualify. The reps are tired of us. I make them do their jobs. One guy completely ignores us because he didn't understand my complaint. I had to explain the situation to three people, show pictures, and fine comb my account history to prove to them I was right, before they would even tickle my complaint. I won my $900 back seven months later. Now they deducted their temporary credit from my rent money. Now I have a late fee on top of rent. Mfrs!

Moved here from the "Big Players", best move ever-breaking up with my banker bf Chase, and stopping that 4 horse wagon from running off with my mortgage payments! Our experiences with CCU have always been amazing and very professional! Having the convenience to go to any 7-11 or other credit unions to use the ATM is so convenient. Plus, can't beat the Zelle, electronic check deposit, bill pay and the ability to connect outside accounts is invaluable! I love this credit union...wayyyyy better than traditional banking! Although they cater to teachers, you can join if you know someone in education. I took my sister to join! One more thing..if your card stops working for some reason you can ask them which branch can give you same day service. We had that problem and we went and got the the card replaced that day!

Horrible new location lacking security. This is the review of the new location .Sure they validate for underground parking. Anyone can enter off the street into lonely parking garage. Take an elevator and walk in the lonely open air courtyard to the street to enter bank. Nothing about this space says convenience, quick trip to the bank, or this is is safe place to be. Just get me out of here cuz I never want to have to do my banking here again. That was my first impression as I was walking into the bank. As I was leaving the bank and I was in the lonely parking lot a crazes vagrant ran down the ramp and threw himself to the ground. I rushed to my car. As another woman entered the house underground parking the man began to wave his arms and harass her. N security in sight. Enter at your own risk. I am not coming back

A warning to the public – the new ATM at First City Credit Union on 717 W Temple St, Los Angeles, CA Will rip you off. You do not put your money in an envelope – you simply stick it in the slot and The machine counts your money for you. This is a LIE. On Dec 26th I tried this ATM for the first time and lost $200 dollars – it gone. I tired depositing a 100 dollar bill and it took it, but I didn’t get a receipt. Being unsure, but thinking it worked I tried depositing ten 100 dollar bills (cash I hoped to use while on vacation) and it kept kicking the money back out. I did this 3 times and each time I got a receipt saying it didn’t work – but the 3rd time I only got back 9 of my 10 bills! Now that first one didn’t credit to my account. I had 3 receipts for the other tires. I notified my bank and they said they’d look into it, but I also had my account frozen and my card was reported as stolen. (Never mind that I had it in my hand) I was to go to a branch and sort it out. I was in San Diego – there are no branches so I had to wait till after my vacation to deal with this.

I have banked with the USC Credit Union for years, and I have always been happy with the service that I have received. Recently, I needed to secure a car loan in a very short amount of time, and Angelina Ybarra (Member Relationship Specialist II) went above and beyond to make this happen for me. She was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. She answered my every email and call and even worked after hours to make sure that I was all squared away. I felt valued, heard, and supported. The USC Credit Union has my loyalty!

I have been a member of USC Credit Union since 2012. Since that time, I have had nothing but positive experiences with the employees. The process for basically any transaction I have conducted has been very convenient for me. I appreciate that I am able to perform any transactions either on-line or at a shared credit union. The employees I have done business with at USC Credit Union have been very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. One in particular, Eric Baja, has been very helpful during a loan process. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation for all he has done to make this an enjoyable and easy experience for us. I look forward to maintaining my relationship with the Credit Union.

Even with good credit they don’t show any kinda remorse for your financial situations, they are not willing to help you in any kinda way they just about the same as any other bank useless . I guess you have to be one of those super top tier big money maker to get any kind of help. They have no problem given out your personal information to who ever no confidentiality.

It’s something fishy about this credit union! Myself and a couple of my co-workers have had fraud happen on our accounts and nothing is being done about it! It’s a inside job someone taking money out of people accounts at places people never been before and they want you to feel out a police report and wait 7 to 10 business days to get it back! How and why when someone is stealing money that people work hard for. When you filling out a police report isn’t someone suppose to investigate what happen? People work hard day in and out for the money for someone inside Priority One to just take it with no problems! Someone needs to be fired and put in jail! I hope something is done about this situation or there will be business lost. Don’t just ignore what’s being done. Fix it. It happened to me Not once but TWICE! Someone is stealing money and it’s needs to be fixed Asap!
